We do not use enquiry forms. A message is faster, and you get a real answer rather than an automated acknowledgement.

Travel window — arrival and departure dates (a range is fine).
Which cities interest you — or just say “surprise me”.
Number of travellers, including children and their ages.
Whether you need halal-only dining, and any prayer-space requirements.
Any mobility limits or allergies.

The more you send up front, the closer the first draft will be to final.
