What we can tell you now

We collect only the information needed to plan and operate your trip: names, passport details for ticketing and permits, contact details, and travel preferences including dietary and prayer requirements. We do not sell data. We do not store card details. Passport scans are used solely for booking and permit applications and are deleted or archived securely once the trip is complete.

Booking terms are set out in writing in the itemised quotation you receive before any payment. Nothing is payable until you approve that quotation.
